Strategic Communication

The task for this project was to choose a company from the five choices that our professor gave to us and then develop a Strategic Communication plan in order to improve public awareness of the company, as well as, having an understanding and interest in the product or service. The company that my team decided to conduct research on was Starship Robots, this company designed robots to deliver food to people’s doors in a shorter amount of time, while reducing the need for human labor. This project was broken up into five different parts including (1) initial research: organization background and audience analysis (2) situational analysis (including SWOT analysis) and project goals (3) intervention plan (with prototype messages and media) and evaluation plan (4) final project assembly (executive summary, table of contents, appendices) (5) presentation of the strategic communication proposal/plan.
